Peter D. Bergsman
Peter, a lawyer and a programmer, is a consultant to Lawgic LLC. In 1980 he joined the late Fred Fagg III, Dean of the Lewis & Clark Law School, as the director of the Law School's Professional Computer Utilization Project. In 1989, Fred and Peter founded Lawgic Publishing, the predecessor of Lawgic LLC. Peter designed, and wrote most of the code, for Lawgic's development environment, virtual machine, compiler, and run-time environment. Before Lawgic, for many years Peter wrote virtual machine based operating systems for the Burroughs B1900 and its predecessors.
Peter's other life is his executive role in several charitable projects of the Los Altos Kiwanis Club, notably www.k-sg.org.
