STEVEN J. CHIDESTER

Steven J. Chidester of Holland & Knight LLP was formerly with  Cowley & Chidester, LLP and Latham & Watkins. Mr. Chidester practices in the areas of estate planning, executive compensation, charitable giving, and the representation of tax-exempt organizations. Mr. Chidester has been a frequent lecturer on estate planning, charitable giving, and exempt organization subjects. He also has considerable experience designing and using computer modeling to show the economic consequences of various estate planning and charitable giving techniques and in the creation of document assembly systems in his firm's practice.
