Repeal of California Natural Death Act and Provisions of Statutory Health Care DPA

Effective July 1, 2000, the statutory form Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care and Declaration under Natural Death Act (Living Will) were replaced by a new Advance Health Care Directive under the Uniform Health Care Decisions Act. The new statutory form and a revised proprietary form are included in this update.
