Welcome to the Lawgic® family and thank you for subscribing. Our software may only be used by a person who has accepted our license agreement.

Lawgic’s patented technology is licensed on a subscription basis only. The term of our subscriptions is either 12 or 4 months. Throughout your subscription period, you will receive periodic updates to your software at no additional charge. Our updates reflect recent legal developments and product enhancements. You should promptly install all updates you receive during the term of your subscription. The software will expire if not updated in a timely fashion or if you fail to renew your subscription.

There are two payment options:

• Monthly Direct Debit Payments: Automatic charges to the credit card you use to initiate your subscription will be made each month throughout the subscription term (either 1 year or 4 months). Monthly payments are not payable by check. Sixty days prior to the end of the subscription term you will receive a renewal reminder. A 5% discount will be applied to your annual renewal fee for renewals received 30 days or more in advance of your expiration date. Renewals may be accomplished via phone, fax, mail or online.

• Single Payments: Annual Subscribers save a substantial amount by paying in advance.  To qualify for these savings payment must be at time of subscription by check, money order or credit card.  Sixty days prior to the end of the subscription term you will receive a renewal invoice or, in the case of a 4-month subscription, an offer to become an annual subscriber. You may continue the subscription or, in the case of a 4-month subscription, accept the offer via phone, fax, mail or online. A 5% discount will be applied to your annual renewal fee for renewals received 30 days or more in advance of your expiration date.

Lawgic subscribers are entitled to technical support at 877-2-LAWGIC (877-252-9442) / 904-223-2223 and limited telephone training in the use of Lawgic.
