New Enhanced Life Estate Deed Added

Ladybird deeds, sometimes called Enhanced Life Estate Deeds are, essentially, a conveyance of a full interest coupled with the reservation of a life estate "enhanced" by the power to deal with the property unilaterally, even to the point of selling it and keeping the proceeds. This can be an alternative to jointly held real estate, or a normal life estate requiring joinder of both the life tenant and the remaindermen, and is frequently used for Medicaid planning. Witness Address Option Revised for Wills and Trusts

For wills, codicils, trusts and trust amendments the program will now ask witness information (address and telephone number) questions even if witness names are left blank. This allows the address to be added for in-office signings without having to identify who will be available to witness. Questions 1441-1447
